Downloaded it November 2023 1. The longer you use it slower the results pop up. Sometime they never show & you're stuck on the loading screen. 2. Sometimes after an image it taken you never get the results and you are sent back to the home screen. Happened today & haven't been able to fix it. 3. You can't upload multiple pics of the same bug at a time to ID it. Only use 1 image and results are 50/50 with accuracy 4. I wish it would save your pictures upload history. 5. Crashes way too often.

Downloaded this app on an android phone a couple of weeks ago. The "Take a picture" never worked, but I was okay with that, as I would just take a photo with my phone camera app, then use the "Select an Image" choice. The app worked great for a couple of weeks, but now "Select an Image" doesn't work either. It starts the "Returning prediction" part, and then stops and doesn't return anything. I have tried booting my android phone, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it, to no avail.

having been using this app for some time, I suddenly cannot use it because it insists on a nickname and whatever I enter comes back as, "that nickname is already taken". It's broken.
