For children who perceive more intensely, think faster and need more, and for the adults who carry that every day.

You are not alone in this any longer. We are building a place for you, shaped with input from our clinical advisory board and tested by hundreds of users.

Instant help for hard moments
Over 50 exercises for meltdowns, sensory overload and evenings when the mind will not settle: breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training and short exercises for the moment when nothing works anymore.

bloomie, your everyday support
bloomie is an AI companion for adults, for parents and educators. Ask her when you are stuck, and she helps you find an exercise to try. Her answers are generated by AI and draw on knowledge from specialists. bloomie is not a chatbot for children.

Know what you are entitled to
Shows which benefits apply in Austria, Germany and Switzerland, and helps you meet deadlines when a decision letter arrives. Orientation, not legal advice.

Sounds to calm down and focus
Find the sounds in the sound space that help you relax and concentrate. With a sleep timer.

ALSO FOR THE CHILDREN

bloomnow Kids (ages 4 to 7) and bloomnow Junior (ages 8 to 12) support children with self-regulation, low on text and lovingly designed. The children's areas contain no AI chatbot and no AI conversations, no ads, no purchases and no child account. They sit behind a parent gate and are meant to be used together with an adult.

Hosted in the EU, no data selling. Export your data and delete your account anytime in the app. The children's areas collect nothing.
