ComplyRx is a clinical operations platform for Spravato (esketamine) treatment clinics. It brings REMS compliance, controlled-substance inventory, and in-office treatment tracking into one secure app for your care team.

Built for the front desk, nursing staff, and prescribers, ComplyRx keeps every session organized and every regulatory record in order.

KEY FEATURES

- Treatment tracking: A live daily board of scheduled patients, per-patient charts, vital signs, and dosing sessions from check-in through discharge.

- REMS monitoring: Patient monitoring forms are completed and submitted to the SPRAVATO REMS program automatically at checkout, with a full submission log.

- Controlled-substance inventory: Scan medication boxes, track every unit by serial number, and maintain a complete DEA recordkeeping ledger (receipts, dispensing, disposition).

- Patient registry: Manage patient profiles, enrollment forms, prior authorizations, and consent, with in-app electronic signature.

- Adverse-event reporting: Structured SAE capture and physician review, submitted to REMS after sign-off.

- Compliance dashboard: See what needs attention - forms not yet submitted, expiring inventory, prior authorizations due for renewal, and required inventories.

ComplyRx is intended for use by licensed healthcare organizations and their staff. Accounts are provisioned by your clinic administrator; there is no public self-signup.
