About this app

Speak naturally. DictaFlow combines AI dictation, voice typing, and speech to text to create clean,
polished writing directly where you are typing.

Use the DictaFlow keyboard in messages, documents, email, browsers, and other Android apps—without
copying text or switching back and forth. Dictate ordinary text or use AI Mode to revise selected
text with your voice.

DictaFlow securely processes audio only when you ask it to transcribe. Microphone access is required
for dictation. Standard DictaFlow is not intended for medical information or protected health
information.

AccessibilityService API disclosure:

DictaFlow's optional Floating Dictation feature uses Android's AccessibilityService API to detect
when a non-sensitive editable text field is active, show a user-controlled microphone above the
keyboard, and insert only the transcription the user requests into that same unchanged field.

DictaFlow enables this service only after showing a separate in-app disclosure and receiving the
user's explicit consent. The service can be disabled at any time in DictaFlow Settings or Android
Accessibility settings. DictaFlow does not use AccessibilityService to change device settings,
bypass Android privacy controls, record calls, or perform actions without the user's request.

Text and screen content accessed through AccessibilityService is processed temporarily on-device
only to validate the target field and insert the requested transcription. Accessibility-derived
content is never logged, stored, or shared. The floating control is hidden for sensitive fields,
including passwords, PINs, phone numbers, and payment details. DictaFlow is a productivity app and
does not claim to be an accessibility tool.
