I felt completely robbed by this app, the doctor confused my issues, never even saw his face he spoke to me for like two minutes and then just rushed me off. I have repeatedly requested a refund but have heard nothing back. They say they have a100% no questions asked refund policy if you've paid cash, but that too is a scam, just like their doctors. I've emailed 3 times to customer support and still no answer. Ridiculous.

I accidentally found Doctronic on a Google search,clicked the link,spoke to the Ai about my symptoms,saw a doctor,and had a prescription called in at CVS all in about 10 minutes! And it was 10:30pm at night. Quick,thorough,if you see a doctor it's all in a nice,neat file easily accessed by you or your primary.I didn't know there was an app,until I searched,so I'm here downloading it. Genius,absolute Genius.

I highly recommend most definitely if u have tenncare wellpoint or any medicade in TN!! I had my appointment at 9pm was done at exactly 9.08! and had my medicine by 10pm !

What’s new

Prescription refills are here. Renew an existing prescription right in the app: tell Doctronic what you take, verify your identity with CLEAR, and we take it from there. You can also verify with CLEAR from your Profile. Booking is quicker, with insurance first and forms that reveal fields as you go, and a new animated logo appears while your report is written.

Fixes: first-time insurance patients stuck on Next, chat dropping during slow replies, and a sign-in crash.
