What it does:
Records workouts with AMRAP, EMOM, and For Time formats. The timer shows on screen while you film.
The plate calculator tells you which plates to load for any weight. It handles warm-up progressions and finds the combination with fewest plate changes. Works in pounds or kilos.
After your workout, generate a summary card with movements, times, and weights. It exports as an image you can text or post anywhere.
How it works:
Open the app. Pick your timer format or calculate plates. Hit record when ready. The app keeps everything in sync, your timer settings carry over to the recording, and your plate math shows up in the summary.
