With Exam360, we have made assessments more secure for candidates, and maintain test integrity, while testing nearly anywhere in the world.

By syncing the ExamRoom.AI app and web portal, candidates can connect to their computer camera AND another camera device all at once, allowing the proctor an uninhibited view of the candidate and their surroundings.

With dual cameras, Proctors will be able to see the front view of the candidate from the computer camera and the candidate’s keyboard and back with the other device.

I used the app as part of my cna written exam taken at home. Had an issue at first as there was no info that I needed a stand for the phone and getting the angle they want. They want to see you and your screen from the phone. Besides that I had no issue, it was quick and easy. I would recommend based on my experience. Otherwise it was a 2hr drive to a testing site. Glad I didn't have to.

Horrible I paid to retake the test after letting my original license expire, The day and time of the test I had everything ready to go followed all the directions and it woukd not allow me to go on any further to take the test. I called customer service and they were unable to assist me in allowing me to take the test. I have no been issued any refund nor have I been issued a chance to take the test still and it's been almost 8 months after the fact.

Shamefully useless app. Had to reconnect over 15 times t/o he course of an 8hr day. It wasn't my wifi, which is what the techs kept saying, since my meeting on Teams was still going strong. They kept losing live feed on me. Kept having to re-scan my room on each connection attempt. Pre-checks performed WEEKS ago were time much wasted. Unfortunately, the company who hires them have no choice but to keep using them since they want the "security". No doubt it's free. Horrible.
