absolutely love the app, makes my my note-taking for work much more streamlined. The only reason I can't give five stars is the app crashes about 95% of the time when I try to open meeting notes. I've tried uninstalling and restarting my phone, but nothing seems to fix the problem. I'm considering switching to a different platform.

I loved this app. But their customer service is atrocious, almost like they try to be as unhelpful as possible. It started skipping meetings, and after reaching out to their customer service about it, I got a response 2 days later. Their billing is unclear and deceptive, I referred 2 colleagues to this app and ended up getting charged for both of their accounts. They tried to bill me for a random amount, and when I reached out to request an invoice for the charges, no one ever responded.

Started out great, but over the last few months Fireflies AI has become very glitchy and unreliable. Several meetings were not recorded and transcripts often have issues or fail to generate. Since I pay for the subscription, this has been very frustrating. Customer support is also slow and hasn’t been able to resolve the problems. Overall, I’m very disappointed and would not recommend it.
