Designed for plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, handymen, painters, and home repair pros, FixFox Instant Estimator turns your voice notes and job-site photos into structured, ready-to-send estimates automatically.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Record voice notes hands-free while you inspect a job. The app keeps recording even when your phone is locked or in your pocket.
- Pause and resume mid-job. Recording stays intact through phone calls and other interruptions.
- Capture photos in the same flow. Every shot is tied to the voice note for context.
- Review your recordings list, play back any segment, and re-upload anything that did not sync.
- Open the Estimates tab to see the structured write-up your job generated, right inside the app.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

- Background recording. Lock the phone, switch apps, take a call, and recording continues with a persistent notification so you always know what is running.
- Reliable upload queue. If you lose signal in a basement or attic, recordings queue locally and retry automatically when you are back online.
- Quick demo mode. Try the full flow without signing up by entering [e-mail] on the login screen.

PRIVACY AND YOUR DATA

- You control your account. Sign out, exit demo mode, or delete your account at any time from Settings.
- All uploads happen over encrypted HTTPS to your FixFox workspace.

REQUIREMENTS

- A FixFox account or demo-mode access.
- Microphone and camera permissions for recording and photo capture.
