Ratings and reviews

I can not finish editing one service description without the app crashing. It would also be helpful if I could use a desktop browser for this. The other bummer is there's no number to call. You're at the whim of waiting for a text or email back for a solution. I hope that one day I'll also be able to add a photo to my email campaign. These are all things I've already written in about. Otherwise I like this app - it is simple and customizable but not super compatible with Samsung tablets.

I have not been able to use the newsletter part of the app to send my clients emails for almost 3 months now because almost as soon as I begin composing a message everything freezes and crashes. Upon reaching out to customer support their suggestion was to just change my password as supposedly this is what work for other people with the same complaint. I fail to see what my password has to do with the app freezing and crashing. What then if I change it and it continues to crash???

I tried so hard to like this app because it had potential but the customer service skills or lack of is REALLY annoying. Last year I had 8k withheld from me all because of a verification issue in which I had a back and forth dispute about and then now this year I have been trying to get into my dashboard for over a week or two now and still can't even when I have called and text them NUMEROUS times about it. The little help that they do provide is nothing but a waste. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
