Ratings and reviews

I just use the basic version. My only complaint is being constantly pushed to accept payments and load my bank info. not being able to simply just disable features that I don't want is annoying. I would happily pay more to just be able to shut off stuff I don't want. The number of times I have to click mark paid to close out a transaction is just stupid too. 3x! So just clunky and redundant at times. but from the clients side, it seems easy and usable.

At my breaking point! I don't know what they've done with the new update, but I am no longer receiving any push notifications from this app . I don’t even know when I have appointment requests, unless I go into the app periodically, and check through out the day. I have confirmed with my phone provider and also with Google that they have not received any push notifications from this app for almost a month. This is absolutely ridiculous!. I called their customer service over a week ago.. nothing!

I love the app it is great!!! One major major downfall that makes me give it a 3????? Customer wait times are consistently hours. If you use the option to request a callback, you will not get the call back. The only way to maybe POSSIBLY get assistance is through text, and that doesn't cover all the problems that might come up.
