KnowsYou is a food and health journal you keep by talking to it.
Say what you ate, photograph the plate, or type a line — the assistant works
out the rest and writes it down. Correct anything the same way you said it:
"that was 200 grams, not 300" is enough. No forms, no searching a database for
the right entry, no giving up on day four because logging took too long.
One place for the whole picture
Most people end up with an app for food, another for training, a note for
medication and a folder of lab PDFs. KnowsYou keeps them together, because
they explain each other:
• Meals — by photo, voice or text, with calories and macros estimated and
correctable
• Workouts and activities — sets and reps, or a GPS route while you run
• Habits and routines — the small things you are trying to keep up
• Treatments — what you take, when you took it
• Lab results — upload the PDF, the values become a trend you can read
• Body metrics and check-ins — weight, sleep, how you actually feel
Because it is one conversation, the answers can connect: the meal you just
logged, the training you did yesterday and the marker that was low in May are
all things the same assistant already knows.
Built to be corrected
Photo estimates are estimates. KnowsYou shows what it assumed and lets you fix
it in a sentence, instead of presenting a number as if it were measured. A
journal you can argue with is a journal you can trust.
Your language, an English app
The interface is in English; the conversation is not. Write to it in your own
language and it answers there.
Optional integrations
Connect WHOOP to bring in recovery, sleep and strain. Or connect nothing —
everything works without a wearable.
Private by default
Your journal is yours. There is no advertising, no selling of data, and no
tracking for marketing. What KnowsYou does with your information, including
which providers process it and where, is written plainly at
https://knowsyou.ai/privacy — and you can delete your account and everything in
it from inside the app at any time.
Not medical care
KnowsYou is a general wellness journal. It is not a medical device, it does not
diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Talk to a
healthcare professional about your health decisions.
Early access
KnowsYou is in an early, invite-only phase while we work with a small group of
people. Some parts are still rough, and feedback reaches the person building it
directly.
Log meals, workouts and habits by chatting. Your health, in one conversation.
