Interview audio is transcribed by Deepgram (SOC 2 Type 2 certified, acting as our data processor) in flight and never stored. It is never linked to your email or account details. Transcripts, chat inputs, and preferences power your personalized interviews via Large Language Models (LLMs) hosted in an isolated, enterprise-grade Azure environment with no runtime connection to external providers. No personally identifiable information is sent to the models, and neither Duos nor the Microsoft environment trains AI models on your data.
