Logivo Driver is a mobile work management app for professional transport drivers working with companies that use the Logivo.ai transport management platform.

The app helps drivers manage assigned work from their mobile device and keeps the transport office updated as jobs progress. Drivers can view allocated jobs, check collection and delivery details, update job progress, upload proof of delivery documents, capture ePOD evidence, complete vehicle and trailer walkaround checks, report defects with photos, and sync updates back to Logivo.

Logivo Driver is designed to reduce paperwork, improve communication between drivers and planners, and keep job records more accurate. Instead of relying only on phone calls, messages, or paper documents, drivers can update work directly in the app.

Drivers can view jobs assigned by their transport office, including today’s work and future planned jobs where enabled. Job details may include collection and delivery locations, references, stop information, timing information, and instructions from the office.

During a job, drivers can update progress so the transport office can see what is happening in real time or near real time. Depending on company setup, drivers may be able to mark jobs or stops as accepted, started, en route, arrived, completed, or updated according to the company workflow.

Proof of delivery can be captured in the app. Drivers can upload POD documents, take a photo of a signed paper POD, or capture electronic proof of delivery where enabled. ePOD evidence may include a customer signature, delivery notes, timestamps, driver details, and location information where permission is granted.

Logivo Driver also supports vehicle and trailer walkaround checks. Drivers can select their truck and trailer from the company fleet list, complete a digital checklist, enter odometer readings, report defects, add notes, and attach photos where needed. Completed checks are synced back to Logivo for authorised office users to review.

The app is built for use on the road. Where supported, updates can be saved when signal is limited and synced once connection is restored.

Access to jobs, vehicles, trailers, documents, proof of delivery records, walkaround checks, and other information is controlled by the transport company using Logivo. Available features may vary depending on company configuration, user permissions, and enabled Logivo services.
