About this app

LOOG is the app for drivers and carriers partnered with the LOOG freight platform.

TRIP TRACKING
1. The NEO assistant sends a 6-digit code via WhatsApp when a trip begins.

2. You enter the code in the app and confirm.

3. LOOG then starts recording your location during the trip.

4. The pickup ends automatically when the operation finishes the trip. You can also stop it at any time by revoking location permission in your phone's settings.

OFFERS AND TRIPS
With an account, you also receive and respond to freight offers from the companies you are linked to and track your trip history.

PASSWORD-FREE REGISTRATION
Access is done with your phone number and a verification code sent via WhatsApp — there is no password to memorize. Linking with a shipper is done via an invitation code.

BACKGROUND LOCATION
During an active trip, LOOG records your position even with the app closed or the screen off — so tracking isn't interrupted when you put your phone away. Data collection stops automatically when the trip ends. Your location is only shared with the shipper responsible for the current trip.

A notification is visible while tracking is on, so you always know when you're being recorded.
