I had to delete the app and restart my phone, and although it says your notes will be saved, all of mine were lost! This really sucks. And nobody to contact about it either! 2/13/26 update: well, my prior notes materialized 2 days later somehow, so thats good. BUT, it still stops transcribing after a few seconds to a few minutes. It records, but that is it. I wish there was somebody to contact to help with this.

I can’t say enough good things about this app! I first used it on my iPhone 16, then switched to a Galaxy Z Fold. Every other paid app made me rebuy and lost my data—but not Hynote. Their amazing customer service helped transfer all my credits, data, and purchases seamlessly so I could keep going without missing a beat. Truly above and beyond!

SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️ They refused to give a refund and charged 79.99$ for their subscription that didn't even work on my phone. I even tried asking Google for a refund after the developer denied it and was still told no. Nobody cared that paying $80 for something I can't even use hurts financially. It offered a free trial and I could never get it to work and never used the subscription. I uninstalled the app immediately after I was charged and sent my refund request. That didn't matter.
