About this app

Ohai – Powering Your Day, Every Day

Ohai! I’m O, your personal assistant here to help your whole household run smoothly—from syncing schedules to managing everyday to-dos and reminders—so you can do less juggling and spend more time living.

Here’s how I help you get it all done:

- Master the School Year
I keep your family’s calendar organized—from the first day of school to Maycember madness—so you never miss a thing.

- New! Instantly Sync School Calendars
Enter your zip code to find official school calendars near you and add events—like holidays and early dismissals—right to your calendar. Got a flyer or PDF? Just send it to me, and I’ll scan it for key dates and add them for you. No typing, no missed events.

- Shareable Calendars = Less Work for Everyone
Once you’ve scanned or synced a school calendar or sports schedule, you can share it with other parents via a simple link so they can add it to their calendars too. Be the hero of your group chat—scan it once, and everyone stays in sync.

- Meal Plans for Hectic School Days
I can suggest easy weeknight dinners and allergen-free school snacks, build your grocery list, and even send it to Instacart for you.

- Delegate Tasks Like a Pro
From drop-off and pickup to snack duty, I help you coordinate tasks and send reminders—so nothing slips through the cracks.

- Make Time for You (Yes, You!)
I block time for workouts, focus sessions, or even just a quiet coffee—because back-to-school doesn’t have to mean back to burnout.

- Inbox to Calendar, Instantly
Forward me those school newsletters, PTA updates, and “pls read!” emails. I’ll scan them for key info—like pajama day and permission slips—and add it all to your calendar and to-do list.

-One Family Calendar
From soccer games and science fairs to playdates and PTA meetings, I keep your whole family in sync with one smart, shareable calendar.

Message me anytime. I’m here to help you stay ahead, stress less, and get more done.

Ratings and reviews

Pretty good app, prices are not too high. $30 a month for the highest plan $ 10 for the lowest. Helps maintain your calendar, ever write things down and don't have the time to put them in your phone. just take a picture and it does it for you. Stuck on what to eat? it plans meals and makes lists so you never forget an item. makes life a lot simpler and growing each day with up to date balances and more coming soon

In the beginning of setting up an account. I love how easy it was to find the school calendars! I can't connect my Google calendar to this through the app. I choose my account and hit connect, but it flashed the screen then had the same screen with the Google accounts on my phone listed. None of them will connect. Will update review if this eventually works.

can't sign in. I have an account from before it was an Android app and provided my phone number several times over never got a code even after trying over two dozen times.
