Overseas was founded by a group of engineers, architects, and professors who wanted to showcase the job-oriented social education system through an alternative perspective. People without a lot of academic Qualifications but with the necessary skill sets can excel in life. Overseas not only connects the individuals processing necessary skill sets with the other individuals who are looking for those skill sets across different geographies but also the necessary technology to continuously capture videos of new skills learned by the individuals, organize the contents using sophisticated automation, develop an extremely credible video profile of an individual which will be nonpareil in terms of its authenticity, creativity, marketability and the democratic approach. Overseas believes in a near future labour market where employers will not be solely dependent on the information provided by the candidates or their academic degrees. Rather, they will be able to see the prospective candidates’ hands-on skills even before starting the hiring process.
