Picacho makes images and videos of your characters — the same person, every single time. Set up a character once, with a photo and a few traits, and from then on you just describe scenes in plain words. One photo is all it takes to anchor a character across images and video.

And your character acts, not just presents: action shots, multi-angle takes, scenes with other characters, spoken dialogue with lip-sync — all locked to the same look.

THE PROOF
Most tools hope the face carries over. Picacho checks. A vision model compares every result against your character's identity photo and prints the match score under the image — so you see the number before your audience does.

THE PIPELINE
Every generation runs the full pipeline: your character's saved traits and brand rules are engineered into the prompt automatically, then checked — and repaired — before a single credit is spent, and the result is validated before it reaches you. Failed attempts retry automatically — and when we block a request, or a provider refuses it before rendering, it never uses your credits.

BRAND RULES
Give your character a rulebook — what it must always, or must never, appear with — and every prompt is drafted and reviewed against it before anything is generated. Your mascot stays on-brand everywhere it shows up.

DIALOGUE AND MULTI-ANGLE

• An account is required. Paid plans are optional monthly or annual subscriptions, managed and cancellable from your account settings.
• Picacho is AI and can make mistakes — every result shows its pipeline log, so you can see exactly what happened.

What’s new

The app now stays upright when you turn your phone, so menus, the composer and every page keep their place. Open a picture or video full screen and it turns with your phone to fill the screen; close it and the app is upright again. It follows your phone's auto-rotate setting.
