App opens randomly and frequently... uninstalled Ok, u said it was updated... yea, nice...š make us PAY after a 1 week trial...!!!š¤¬ Uninstalled AGAIN!!!šæ

Hi there ā sorry again for the earlier issue with the app opening unexpectedly.
That was fixed in a later update.
Protexo recently moved to a subscription model to support ongoing development of our on-device security features, so a subscription is now required for all users.
Update: Trial period has been extended as well.

Too many False Positives! My job texts and legit medical appointments were falsely identified as scams!! Back to plain common sense!! UNINSTALLED!!

Thanks for the honest feedback and sorry about the false positives. Protexo errs on the side of caution, but routine job/appointment texts shouldnāt be flagged. One quick-fix: enable the optional Contacts permission (Settings). It helps recognize saved senders and reduce false alerts. Contacts arenāt uploaded and remain on-device.

This app is awesome. Super helpful with spotting scams which are getting harder to catch. Setup was quick and it runs in the background without slowing down my phone. It worked with all my main messaging apps and already flagged a few scam texts. There were some false positives at first, but it keeps getting better with the updates. I was worried about privacy, but it's good to know everything is processed in the phone locally. Would love voice message analysis in the future. Great app overall!
