About this app

Echo is an AI meeting copilot that helps you prepare for meetings, capture what was said and return to the context later.

BEFORE A MEETING
• Review upcoming meetings from your connected, read-only calendar.
• Prepare with relevant context and suggested questions.

DURING A MEETING
• Start recording only when you choose Take notes.
• Capture audio and create a transcript with speaker labels.
• Get optional live assistance for the conversation.

AFTER A MEETING
• Review the recording, transcript and generated notes.
• Ask Echo questions about saved meetings.
• Revisit past decisions, action items and context.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL
Echo asks for permission before sending meeting data to named AI processing providers. You can withdraw AI Data Consent, disconnect calendar access, delete sessions and request account deletion from Settings.

Record meetings only when you have all permissions and consent required by law.
