IT'S A SCAM, STAY AWAY. Terrible experience, its a scam. I had the app for a month, didn't use much. after a month tried to cancel the subscription, there is no option to cancel the subscription, I emailed multiple times still was charged for another month. I had to replace my credit card to avoid getting charged again and again. stay away from this app, there are other better options, that are cheaper and you actually have control when you want to cancel the subscription.

I had very bad experience too like others user who rate 1 star. Saw the advertisement that 7 days trial on Basic Plan then I subscribe with it. But after 7 Days Basic Plan Trials, they direct bill me to the "Plus" plan which I only realise after I receive the email notification on the charges for my account. Highlighted to Contact Us, fast reply but the reply was not accepted. Not able to refund and cancel as is automatically upgraded , then What is the purpose of offering Basic Plan ?

I did not have a pleasant experience with this product. The subscription cancellation process felt unnecessarily difficult and misleading. I requested a cancellation and refund within an hour of the transaction, yet my request was still denied. A genuine customer-friendly service should make cancellation and refund procedures clear, simple, and fair.
