Ratings and reviews

No customer support available in the app. Contact support option doesn't work in case of any problem. Even the mail provided in Play Store isn't available. The "Sell" button is disabled in the app and there's no way to contact them. Pathetic service. Concern #150027 raised via website due to non availablity of support in the app.

I have invested in digital gold,, but my current holding is not available in the application and an error is coming 'something went wrong'. The customer support link is not working and there is neither customer support number available in the application nor at the website.

1) Started with small amount but the money was put in security hold for 48 hours - I use another such platform but no such restriction 2) Withdrawal - Through App they affirms that withdrawal would be delayed by 3-4 days however in welcome page they claims to have instant credit when the refund is through UPI why same should not be instant unregulated platform for Gold investment too many disconnects - Preferred to stopped my SIP and withdraw the investment amount but with a LOSS
