My target language is German - I read around a high B2/C1 level depending on the topic, and listen to audiobooks/watch movies comfortably at a B2 level. My speaking and writing has been stuck at A2 for a while, but I'm gaining confidence. The free talk option is especially nice. I use it frequently to check my grammar and then practice the correction. My biggest complaint is the audio on the free speak drops out frequently. This needs to be fixed, badly.

I tried out the service as they finally offer a free trial, and was extremely disappointed. The tutor would often switch languages mid-conversation to something that wasn't even related to English even though my language was clearly set as English. In addition, they charged my credit card the day before the trial ended, which is unacceptable. Gemini Live offers a MUCH better experience for free. Do not waste your money.

Not even making it past the free trial. Constant connection issues and transcription errors that make the app unusable. I just had to say, "No, I meant..." three times before it caught the word I was saying, at which point the errors had completely derailed the conversation. I also have to talk extremely slowly to reduce the chance of even more errors, which is inhibitive to speaking practice.
