I appreciate that we have an app to communicate with the school and teachers for our kids. However, not being able to use a function as simple as my back button on my phone is very frustrating. I do the survey every year and have said that same thing the last few years. I also don't like when I click a notification, it doesn't go straight to it. It goes to my main page. It is useful for its primary purpose.

I have kids in different schools and the ability to switch between accounts is amazing. This app provides an incredibly easy way to contact teachers, see work the kids are doing, and receive notifications from the school about upcoming events, etc. Such an improvement over piles and piles of physical paper. I'm so glad our city schools offer this amazing connection!

I cannot stand how convoluted the desperate parts of this app are bolted together in a "we never planned any of this out" way. "Messages" are tucked into the top corner and don't even open when clicking thru from a notification. The phone's "back" button doesn't register, allowing the user to go back to the message list after reading. It's difficult to tell who your reply is going to send to and could publicly broadcast to an unintended audience. The app feels like one big afterthought.
