They take your money and don't give what you pay for. I tried to purchase gems. Transaction went through but I didn't get my gems. Maybe a glitch and the money deducted will come back to my account after the issue is fixed. The next day the same thing happens when I try to purchase. Transaction goes through but no gems. I contact in game support and provide details and screenshots as requested and they are referring to other purchases I've made but I'm not disputing. I'm getting the run around.

Downloaded from a FB ad that promised no ads, free, and NO in-app purchases. Lies except the no ads. The micro transactions are insane. The game seems to never let you dab a 2X pay, ever. And this is the most expensive Bingo game I've ever played. The costs are ridiculously high. Typical lose more than you win and when you do win, it's not even enough to break even to keep playing. The event rewards are comical too, 20 cash. That won't let you play 1 round.

This game used to be fun. Then they got greedy. Now u just lose, consistently, until you're out of everything tickets, gems, power-ups etc. It forces you to pay-to-play, u finally give in and purchase a pack with 2300 tickets, a handful of gems and a couple common power-ups for $9.99 (and that's a sale price! What's unacceptable tho,u play for maybe an hour and then it's all gone and u haven't gotten so much as a duplicate puzzle piece, much less one u need or a single BINGO. Won't be keeping.
