This is going to be a cult classic. This game is so simple yet so deep. Already has great strategy and balance. Incredibly well polished for a indie game. I can't stop playing. Hope it gets online PvP soon but still BEST TURN BASED STRATEGY GAME on mobile by far!!!
This is one of the best strategy games ever. I would like the game to be connected via other phones so I don't have to keep passing my phone around the table. You can play offline. But playing with your friends locally is much more fun because you can create alliances. Finally, I would love if I would be able to use other units without paying. Perhaps an unlock in single player?
Really, but really a great game. I love strategy and turn based games like the Total War series and having something similar that I can play anywhere is honestly amazing. Furthermore, this game isn't the usual pay for everything type of app that we can find on the Play store. You can progress through the game without paying nothing and the additional content is cheap. Can't wait for future updates!
I love it. The simple graphics don't detract from the gameplay at all. Great fun. Says it has Google play integration but I haven't seen any of my achievements appear yet. Howeve, the price per tribe for additional "levels" is a bit steep at almost $15 for the existing extra tribes. It's mainly just a different skin, with more to come!?! How come no all-tribes-for-$n price? Please don't ruin it by making multi-player rely on FaecesBook.
The battle of polytopia aka super tribes is the best mobile game in my opinion. To have fun in this game you do not need the extra tribes, but I recommend you buy all of them. To me this game never gets boring with all the new updates, and the new tribes. My rating for this game is Imperius out of ten.
This game is nothing short of fantastic. One of the best mobile games I have ever played. As a long time RTS fan (we're talking since the Age of Empires days), I adore this game. Honestly, I've never been a big fan of turn based strategy, but this game plays more like an RTS. I highly recommend. Really hope that someday there are multiplayer lobbies, not just local. Then it will be perfect.
Bug fixes: Added missing Tribe music & fixed bug with not getting stars from temples.
From the deep ocean a long lost tribe appears, the Aquarion! They are the first tribe ever to have unique units (amphibious turtle riders & giant crabs) and a modified tech tree. There are also some improvements in the general interface like the possibility to confirm end turn (some people have really big fingers). You can also "long press" the next turn button to go to the next moveable unit.
