I'd rate it lower if I could. This app is completely bogus. I have a valid account, have linked it up and allowed all permissions needed but over the last 3 years I'm always told HULU can not access the games I want...even if I am literally watching it on HULU on another device. These are NOT blacked out games for my location. Live TV skips and buffers constantly and the over all feel is cheap and worthless. Disappointingly considering how long NBC has been a company.

What is the point of releasing an app if you can't even make it work? I've downloaded all recent updates, restarted my phone (galaxy s4) and when I try to play a live event it just shows black for a second and than closes the stream. Pointless. EDIT: It's 2024 (11 years later), and their stupid app still fails to work more often than not. This is ridiculous.

this is easily the worst app, not even close. not only do I have to re-authenticate my TV provider EVERY time I open the app, I was just asked to do it after switching to a different game within the app. and re-authenticatation means I have to UNLINK the TV account and re-link it. so the app already knows my provider. the number of steps involved is absurd, especially when it should be ZERO. fix your app, it deserves negative stars
