A beautiful game! Very unique. As a casual gamer, some of the puzzles were a bit too frustrating and I had to look up some walkthroughs. I was also irritated with some of the controls at times, even though I used my S-pen to make sure I was tapping accurately. The world is beautifully constructed, but sometimes that means it's hard to tell where doors are. The spinner house, while delightful visually and in concept, was extraordinarily difficult to navigate because I had to click in JUST the right place, and it was impossible to see some doorways. Overall, a beautiful and challenging game.
It looks like there are problems with screen clipping on certain resolutions. I couldn't even get past the first real puzzle since I couldn't see the stick. I had to Google to find out how to get past the puzzle and then randomly click around the bottom of the screen until I found finely found it. I'm using a pixel 2 XL
This is a delightful game with astonishing visuals and a real retro feeling. I very much enjoyed the look of the city and kudos to the guy for all the handcrafting. I didn't like the controls and lack of smoothness in between two camera angels. In addition, some of the puzzles were nearly impossible to solve. The spinner house was way too frustrating even with the manual...
Probably the best mobile platform game I have ever played. The game has a great atmosphere, relaxing music, and not excessively challenging puzzles. Right now Lumino City is on sale, so you definetely should get advantage of it. P. S. The sole problem with the game is that it is not adapted to 18:9 screen ratio.
You must make this playable on the shield tv. You had so much work creating the graphics and we can only see them on the small screen. This doesn't do justice to the game. Plus, for more than a year the shield allows point and click using the gamepad controls, so you'd have little to no work in porting this game to the TV. Plus, you should allow some zooming on the puzzles, it's very hard to see all the details sometimes.
Frustrating due to screen clipping. Pixel 2 XL display aspect ratio not supported. Probably affects other "flagship" phones of similar display aspect. Noted in another review that I did not see before purchase. Suggest you wait to see if they fix it before purchasing. Otherwise, this is the kind of game I really enjoy.
Minor improvements and bug fixes.
