I used to like this game with the option to play slots and scrabble. Now it seems the emphasis is on getting scrabble letters. With every spin you get 1, 2, or even 3 packs of letters. With letter packs popping up so much it ruins the slot play. Forget about tournament play. The tile packs pop so quick you can't even monitor tournaments. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail. I've reported the issue again to no avail. I really don't think they care.

I use to love this game. I play EVERYDAY but for the past few weeks it keeps crashing!!!! There is nothing wrong with my phone or any other apps. I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstall. Then sign in again it's really annoying, not to mention it has cost me bonuses and coins. I have contacted customer support a few times and no one has gotten back to me. I am very disappointed this was actually my favorite game ever. 😔

Unless you regularly purchase coins, don't expect to be able to finish many missions. Many missions expect you to spell words but do not give you the letters to do it. You can level up many times and still get the same low point letters making it impossible to get the stars you need to finish a location.This game is good to beginners giving you many rewards just to get you hooked. And it is addicting, and can also be expensive. Have fun!!!
