A very promising learning platform that needs some improvements: If you chose a wrong level to begin with, then you're stuck until you finish all 25 books × 3 exercises = 75 stops before you can advance to the next level. Better to have a way to allow parents to change a child's level if they chose a wrong one to begin with. The app doesn't update the number of completed books until you close the app completely and log in again. Therw are very few gramatical mistakes that need fixing.

I tried the free version then I paid the subscription money. Then I was surprised that they chang my son's level 2 levels ahead, and I couldn't go back to the first level. I tried to contact them and send messages but no response. I tried to login through My son's tabled but I couldn't. It says account error. After 4 days, I found myself logged out. When I tried to login using the same account through which I subscribed and paid the money, I didn't let me in and directs me to the payment page.

Autorenewal payment collected through Googlepay subscriptions but my login remains suspended. When I contact them sending them the invoice and credit card statement to show I have paid they still do nothing. Please avoid this app! They took £27.99 for 6 months and left me without the service I paid for. Updated: developer has reinstated my login. Not easy, had to contact Google Pay and my credit card. The actual programme is good, no complaints there but the administration not so good.
