Unlike other parking apps, with AirGarage there's no more guessing on how long you'll need to be parked and either 1) overpaying, or 2) running out of time and getting a parking ticket.

Beware: this app works differently than every other parking app. Instead of pre-paying for time and re-upping before you run out, this app requires you to go back into the app to tell them when you've left. Otherwise they just keep charging you. Far inferior user experience if, like me, you only ever make quick stops so you're used to just buying the minimum time. I will studiously avoid Air Garage lots in the future.

The app works well until it doesn't. I used to keep our credit card saved in the app, but then discovered that we would be randomly charged when not parked in the lot. So I deleted our card,would add it when we parked in the lot, and then delete it again. Then tonight our unsaved card was charged while not parked in the lot. It's suspicious and feels like a scam. I'll be reporting the fraudulent charge to our credit card provider.

The app kept adding days to my purchase without giving the option to remove them, making it impossible to check out without paying several times what I should have paid. It also had multiple ads popping up throughout the checkout process. If the user is trying to pay for a service, shoving ads in their face to make a few extra dollars is egregious.
