Ramayan (रामायण) in Nepali is an android app to read the holy book Ramayan by Bhanubhakta Acharya, which contains many educational and knowledgeable verses. Hence this app is an educational, knowledgeable and religious app.
Adikavi Bhanubhakta Acharya has translated Sanskrit Ramayan written by Balmiki Rishi into Nepali Ramayan as a poem. The Original Sanskrit Ramayan contains 7 chapters (kanda:काण्ड) and 24,000 verse (श्लोक), whereas the Nepali Ramayan contains 7 chapters (Kanda:काण्ड) and 1,319 verse (श्लोक).
The holy book Ramayan by Bhanubhakta Acharya is the first poem of Nepali language/literature and Nepali chand poetry (prosody literature and varnik chand). That is why Bhanubhakta is called the pioneer poet of Nepal. (The names of the publishers of Bhanubhakta's Ramayana have reached 14-15 both in the country and abroad. Therefore, there is no complete account of how many editions there were and how many copies were printed.)

* यो नेपाली भाषा/साहित्यको तथा नेपाली छन्द कविता (लौकिक साहित्य तथा वार्णिक छन्द) को पहिलो काव्य हो। त्यसैले भानुभक्तलाई नेपालका आदिकवि भनिएको हो। (भानुभक्तको रामायणका प्रकाशकका नाम नै स्वदेश र विदेशका गरी १४–१५ पुगेकाछन्। त्यसैले यसका कति संस्करण भए र कति प्रति छापिए भन्ने पुर्ण लेखाजोखा छैन।)
* यसमा जम्मा ७ काण्ड छन्- बालकाण्ड: १३९ श्लोक, अयोध्याकाण्ड: १२३ श्लोक, अरण्यकाण्ड: १२२ श्लोक, किष्किन्धाकाण्ड: १४३ श्लोक, सुन्दरकाण्ड: १५४ श्लोक, युद्धकाण्ड: ३८१ श्लोक र उत्तरकाण्ड: २५७ श्लोक, जम्मा १३१९ श्लोक छन्। यस हिसाबले युद्धकाण्ड सबैभन्दा ठुलो र अरण्यकाण्ड सबैभन्दा सानो रहेको देखिन्छ।
