can someone tell me why i recharged my wallet, tried to buy data and i'm seeing someone else's account on the app? and why don't you have customer care lines? this is rubbish.

Please be vigilant if you are a user of this app. My account was used to perform unauthorized VTU and data transactions I never authorized from my end, wiping more 8,000 from my wallet. On reaching the help number to get explanations, I go to discover that my password on the system was changed without my consent, & they are yet to give me a proper explanation as to why funds in a supposedly secure wallet, vanished through transactions performed via my wallet remotely, without my authorization.
