I downloaded the app but everytime I try to log in I get an error message. EVERYTIME!! So for now I will give it a 1 rating because it hasn't worked for me. Please tell me how I can fix it.
Vitality Rewards I have tried several times today. My vitality reward loads only a blank blue screen with no bar code that I can use to claim the reward.
Not recording my trips Since a update a week ago none of trips have been recorded and my driving points went down from 750 to 520. Not enjoying this app any more
When I login it asks for my cellphone number, after which I have to accept the Terms and Conditions. It then shows "An error occurred. Please login to continue" The same error occurs when I skip the cellphone input.
This app gets worse and worse! In the latest version, digital cards STILL cannot be deleted. When I do so, it just shuffles the card back to available cards. I cannot change my profile picture. The app either crashes or fails to save the picture each time I attempt to do so. This remains the worst app I have ever encountered, and it's been this way for many months. Does anyone at Discovery care? FIX IT!
Login login login login login login login You see how annoying that is? The app forces you to login with username and password every time it is opened, even after selecting the option you have provided "remember me". No "draw nav", " passes" or anything resembling digital cards exist on the Android app. Lastly, the search function doesn't work...really?
