Slowest app ever! Getting better... The developers should be shot! The app in itself is ok, but the calls to the backend need a serious rework. UPDATE: speed has definitely improved, but getting the Activity History needs work. Why not return only the last 30 days? I'm not really interested in getting last years activities.
No Google Fit Doesn't let me link to Google Fit, seems like Android is not getting the same love that iPhone and iHealth get. Also doesn't reflect any data from Strava, RunKeeper or Moves, even though I linked then in the Discovery app. At this point, just looks like only iPhone users can get Vitality fit rewards.
Faulty I keep being asked to enter a backup password when signing into the app. I still have to sign in using my password. It may need a new update. Using Samsung S5, android version 6.0.1
Heart Rate does not pull through I'm using S Health and the Gear S2, and my heart rate is not pulling through. And I see I'm not the only one it's happening to. It's frustrating because their help centre advise on what to do, and I've done it more than once but still nothing happens. This problem needs to be sorted.
Problems with Marshmallow 6 Keeps on hanging and does not give a logging in screen. Now I cannot sync my S Health exercises. Please fix asap.
Buggy, doesn't work and support is poor This app does not sync with SHealth and continuously ask for additional permissions to be given but does not say which permissions or allow you to activate the permissions. I opened a query with support staff but they lost interest after only one attempt. Disappointed with Discoverie's performance.😞
