About this app

Find the formula, understand the method, and practise what you learn. Math Mentor brings maths reference lessons and hands-on study tools into a pocket notebook for students, independent learners, and anyone revisiting a topic.

FIND YOUR NEXT TOPIC
Browse formulas by subject or explore school Levels 1-12, college, engineering, advanced mathematics, and quick reference collections. Move from arithmetic and fractions to algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, probability, and calculus. Level placement is a broad learning guide rather than a board-specific syllabus. Search across formula lessons, symbols, tricks, graph references, and tools when you know what you need.

UNDERSTAND THE WORKING
Read worked examples with the problem, solution steps, answer, and reasoning. Explore common mistakes and the correct approach, or see how maths applies to daily life. The math dictionary pairs definitions with examples. Formula Explorer explains the variables, units, use cases, and assumptions behind the 16 calculator formulas, then lets you try the calculation.

PUT NUMBERS INTO PRACTICE
Use the formula calculator for areas, circumference, volumes, percentages, interest, speed, coordinate geometry, sequences, and quadratic roots. Enter values to see the substituted working and result, with units where applicable. A separate calculator handles everyday arithmetic. Unit conversion tools include copy and share actions for results.

SEE THE RELATIONSHIPS
Change coefficients to plot lines and parabolas, or enter a circle's centre and radius. Geometry Explorer combines shape diagrams with perimeter, area, surface area, and volume results for supported shapes. Adjust dimensions to compare the measurements. Multiplication tables from 1 to 1,000 provide another way to explore number patterns.

BUILD A PERSONAL REVISION ROUTINE
Save formula topics with your own notes, mark lessons complete, and return to your last topic from My Study Hub. Track completed topics by subject and keep frequently used references together. Revision flashcards ask you to recall a formula before revealing it; rate your recall so difficult cards return sooner and familiar cards wait longer.

LEARN FROM YOUR ANSWERS
Take level-based quizzes and revisit incorrect or skipped answers in the mistake notebook. Retry questions and read explanations as you work through them. Math puzzles offer number sequences, missing numbers, magic squares, and matchstick challenges, with solution steps and saved challenge statistics. Replay solved puzzles in practice mode without changing challenge progress.

PREPARE SOMETHING TO REVISE
Select up to 10 topics across subjects and export a printable HTML revision sheet. Open the saved file in a browser to print or save as PDF. Choose daily study reminders when you want a prompt; reminders are off by default and need notification permission.

Your saved notes, learning progress, and flashcard reviews are stored on this device. Choose a light, dark, or system appearance in Settings. Reference pages for mathematical symbols, measurements, graph types, tips, tricks, and the history of maths support both quick lookups and longer study sessions.
Explore math formulas, worked examples, quizzes, and personal revision tools.
