I go to the actual karate lessons and it's awesome, I have so much anxiety and I also have bad sports asthma, but they helped my asthma get better, I'm more confident with my self and my anxiety it better too! They teach me self defense and patterns! Very good to learn, this app helps me practice for tests or upcoming events/classes that I have. Very friendly environment too
