This is the best app ever if you like being stranded without other transport options. Drivers will keep you waiting for 10 minutes and cancel or call you to pester you about cancelling so they can make more money, or to switch from card to cash payment. I can't believe I'm saying this but somehow Yandex is more honest and reliable.

Their "shuttle" drivers have to pick you up at any point on the route as they say but in reality drivers many times refused to do so and the company refunded money for the booked "shuttle" rides partially in bonuses. So, you follow the rules but drivers don't and you lose money. That's why I completely refused using this service. There are fair alternatives for intercity rides in the market, especially for my destinations. *wrote them in chat many times actually about this issue but no solution

couldn't order. request button was always in disabled state. I guess you have bugs with that button state. only after reselecting payment method it request button was enabled.
