Worst app, unprofessional support. I bought an air fryer, and they sent me an older model. Later on, I ordered a refrigerator, and they cancelled my order because they added the wrong price to it. And I still haven't received my refund worth $220. Worst of all, there's no number you can call to complain or get more information

For the wrong price, we apologized for that exception.The REFUND was done on the spot and Areeba Transaction PROOF was sent to you Just wait until your local bank will do the transaction. For any claim,send us the proof (pic), and we will compare it to the description as mentioned in the APP, and you will sure get your refund if there is a mismatch

I am not talking here about exagerated pricing. But i am talking about their scam. I ordered a samsung ultra that came in different color and when i wrote a bad review on their app. They removed ot after explicitly instructing them not to remove it. Once u enter ur card there is no place to edit it. Total scam do not use it!

Dear Customer, If you received the wrong product you can make an exchange request. Go to Account Orders Shipped, Access the product's page, Confirm the reception Then go to Finished Question to this order specify the reason So we will be able to proceed at the earliest. Waste of time. I'm uninstalling the app. It used to provide an excellent online shopping experience, but lately, my orders are consistently canceled or delayed without any valid explanation from customer support.
