Ratings and reviews

This is a terrible application. They ask you to send money for verification, but once you send it, the process gets stuck. If you go back, the system restarts from the beginning. When you try to verify again, they ask for another transaction. I have sent a lot of money, but they neither activated my account nor completed the verification process.

I had been a loyal customer of ZoodPay, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. They mistakenly deducted double installments from my account, and the refund process is painfully slow, taking up to a month. This lack of efficiency and customer care is unacceptable for a financial service. I expected better from a platform I trusted, but this experience has made me reconsider using their services. I wouldn’t recommend ZoodPay to anyone until they improve their refund process.

This is a straight fraud, they first take your data, then after verification, collect all your data, they tell you that you do not meet our category, after which all the details go to them and they then do illegal things. I request you all not to use this app at all, do not download it because it can put your information at risk. This Tez (loan app) that used to give loans earlier is a form of it and is a branch of the same company that has come to rob people in a new way again. Be careful! 🙏
