They have a very professional and helpful customer care. I have ordered recently a shoe and the size did not fit. I was worried as it was not cheap. However, I contacted Zoodmall customer care and they were very helpful and they assist all way until receiving the refund. It was fast and spontaneous... thank you Zoodmall Team. Appreciate such services and such caring for your customers! You are an amazing Team!

I sincerely can't believe how uncooperative are your customer service clients , I have been trying forever to unlock the zoodpay feature and it keeps rejecting on the basis that my personal information are connected to another account even though I can't find any other active account aside from the one I'm using. I tried the chat feature, sent an email elaborating the issue and no one even bothered to reply, and the chat service simply said that it will "update" automatically!

u cannot describe how unprofessional this company is.its throwing your money it trash. 1-different order received. 2-delay with delivery. 3-forget if u have anything to exchange (they make u wait forever). 4-customer support gives u fake promises. 5 forget about calling,they never answer). i know i will get a replay from them to this feedback but only for showing that they have a good customer support.
