It's been few months I can't login! I am locked even though i use the same login psw and pincode. SMS to change the password with code never comes or comes so late that doesn't work. The only way to contact is to call. I live in USA and cannot call. Chat is not helping. Emails are unanswered. It keeps saying update the app. I already uninstalled and installed again. Still cannot login. Fix it ASAP!

The single most unintuitive app on the store. Frequently needed buttons are tiny, ads are huge. Everything loads slow as hell. Doesn't allow to screenshot or copy anything in the app for whatever reason. Logs me out and labels my phone as unrecognized device even though I've been using it with the same account on the same phone for more than 3 years. The 2FA code sent to my email doesn't work either, the functionality is broken. Requires me to update the app so I can use it, but there no update

The best wallet in Armenia. I had an issue with the transaction history and wrote the support to clarify certain things. Then they contacted me directly via phone and suggested some workarounds on how the issue can be fixed. Of course they said it cannot be fixed long term, which is making and still will make inconveniences for me personally, but I really liked that they value their users and at least try to help them, unlike many other apps. Really appreciate that! Thank you Idram Team!
