Ratings and reviews

I have tried several times to install this app. I've even reached out to the company. It will not open when installed. I keep getting messages that say the bug has been fixed or that there has been a new update and to install again. I've been doing this for 3 days. Unfortunately, I had paid last month to have private challenges and told my job about it so we could have a corporate account. I'm canceling today.

This app is terrible overall. For a fitness challenge at our company, some users never got fully connected and had to enter data manually. Platform doesn't have the connectivity to devices and apps it claims. Some our people had to download "old version" of the app to get connected and still had trouble.The customer service from is HORRID. They take days to respond to your request via chat only. Their response is links to blog pages that dont address any if the issues of their bug ridden system.

The app does not update automatically and always have to disconnect my Google fit linked account and reconnect it to get the day from Google fit. Also, lately it cannot connect to Google fit at all. Says the this app is blocked. Do something about this.
