Edit: Although I've emailed customer service, all communication just ended quietly when they couldn't find my account, even though I have a subscription. Super sad as I really enjoyed the app when I was able to use it - last year. I can't reload my old profile at all, and there always seems to be a loading problem. Sent an email to support with no response. I guess it is what it is.

I specifically hit "free trial" and the app immediately charged my credit card! Luckily the Play store refunded my money, but it's frustrating because after that sneaky move I will not pay for the full app on principle. It seemed like it had some nice things to offer, the animal comparisons were cute, and I like the idea of it connecting to my husband via a partner app...but overall, the execution just doesn't seem to be quite there. It's a little buggy at times and just feels incomplete.

This app is enfuriating. I wouldn't be leaving this negative review if their options would just work the way they're supposed to. All of the buttons send me to my share page. I can't login to my account and I can't select "Contact us". I signed up for the free trial but had to put in my payment info to get charged after two weeks for the yearly subscription. But after perusing the app and articles, it seems like everything was written by a child. I want to cancel my subscription.
