I had issues since the beginning. I backed the kick starter and got the device a few months after. the app worked for like 2 weeks then android auto would just be a Black box on my cars screen. I boxed it on a shelf for over a year. figured I try again after some updates. tried again 3 days ago. new updates. worked for 3 days, back to black box on screen all of a sudden. do not recommend.

Used to work great. Now it disconnects randomly every time I drive. Sometimes multiple disconnects in a row. I've noticed it happens in the same physical locations every time. Must be something interfering with the connection. Also, sometimes it won't automatically reconnect and I have to reset the whole thing and install as if it were a new device. I honestly haven't even been using this anymore, I've just been plugging my phone in via USB. The disconnects are too frequent. Hope they fix this

Update: Editing my previous review because google or AAWireless has fixed the bug that bricked these wireless adapters . So, I do enjoy it and it does work fairly easily now. It's nice not having to use a cord on my phone all the time. Original: I've given up on it. It worked for a while but in the last month it has become a brick that constantly wants to start over. I've tried to use tech support but honestly at this point it's easier to just plug in the phone.
