Used to connect reliably on my OnePlus 8T but seems like it disconnects 4/5 times an hour. I have a BOSS BE10ACP and it worked great for the longest time. Last update screwed up something. I'll see if today's update improves things. I don't want to rely on wired setup, now that With CoolWalk update changing DPI value in AAWireless gives me so many options for screen layout.
Hi David, we are terribly sorry to hear that you encounter disconnection problems, please contact support at support@aawireless.io. They can help you fix this issue.

Pixel 6 Pro, Hyundai Kona. I had to switch the network in AAWireless to 2.4GHz to keep the connection stable, otherwise it will just disconnect after some minutes. Enabling passthrough seems to connect faster. Love the new(?) connect/reconnect widget. The rare cases where it's needed, it's really convenient.

Be ready to tinker. I'm running this on a 2017 Chevrolet C7. Out of the box it wouldn't connect via the application for initial setup. I had to follow an online troubleshooting guide that wasn't linked inside the application. From there I basically had to clear our all Android Auto cache and data, plus the AAWireless app. From there I did the 'manual' connection steps that use the phone's wifi menu. After that everything has been without fault. Hop in the car and bam, wireless android auto.

Hi, we're sorry you were having initial issues. In the companion app there's a troubleshooting flow in the help and support section. This troubleshooting flow could've helped you with the issues you were experiencing. The problem you were running in to is in fact not so much an AAWireless issue, but an Android Auto issue.
