About this app

Active Fox is an app exclusively for Active Fox club members.

BOOKING CLASSES
• Book group classes on a daily schedule, see how many spots are available and who is teaching.

• Book 1:1 sessions with a trainer: choose an available time slot, or choose your own time. The trainer confirms and you receive an immediate notification.

• Cancel class appointments within the app according to the class deadline.

TRACKING YOUR MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE
• View your current package, remaining sessions, and expiration date.

• View your past training history.

CHECK-IN AT THE COUNTER
• Check-in using your fingerprint or Face ID on your phone.

• Biometric data does not leave your device — the system only stores one public key.

GYM INFORMATION

• Address, opening hours, and facilities of each branch. • Get directions, call reception, or share your location with just one tap.

**REMINDERS**

• Receive notifications before your workout and when your coach confirms your 1:1 session.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**
This app is for registered Active Fox club members only. Accounts are created by the club using your registered phone number; you cannot register yourself through the app. If you are not yet a member, please contact the club.

The app does not accept payments. All package purchases, renewals, and refunds are processed directly at the club.
