About this app

Every fasting app shows the same metabolic timeline. Fat-burning at 12 hours, autophagy at 16, a badge for every milestone. Here is the problem: the 16-hour autophagy number has no primary human source. It was reasoned backwards from mouse studies and fitted to whichever schedule was already selling.

Aguante is the tracker that refuses to play along.

TWELVE STAGES, EVERY ONE GRADED
The timer shows what is actually happening in your body, hour by hour — and every stage carries a visible confidence grade telling you how strong the evidence is. Nothing below grade B ships. At hour 14, where other apps light up their "ketosis begins" badge, Aguante tells you plainly: measured in humans, your ketones are statistically unchanged from hour 12. We are not going to pretend.

A SAFETY GATE THAT MEANS IT
Eight questions before your first fast. If fasting is dangerous for you — pregnancy, an eating disorder history, type 1 diabetes, being under 18 — the app says so and stops. No override for minors. This app would rather lose you as a user than hurt you.

ELECTROLYTES, SIZED TO YOU
Sodium, potassium and magnesium doses computed from your body weight, your fast length and how you sweat — in teaspoons, not milligrams of confusion. Deliberately conservative: start low, raise only if you feel something.

A COACH FOR THE HARD HOURS
Log a symptom and get a concrete action, plus a plain list of the red flags that mean stop fasting now. A 20-minute ride-the-wave tool for hunger peaks. Guided breathing. A wind-down for sleep. Movement guidance that gets more careful as your fast gets deeper, not less.

STATS WITHOUT STREAKS
Consistency, not chains you can break. No streaks, no duration records, nothing that rewards fasting longer than you planned. That is deliberate, and it is permanent.

YOURS, WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
No account required, ever. Your data lives on your phone. Export it any time in a plain format that opens anywhere. If you want your history on a second device, an optional account syncs it — encrypted in transit, deletable in two taps, immediately and permanently.

BOTH LANGUAGES, WRITTEN TWICE
English and Spanish, each written natively — never run through a translator.

FREE AND FINISHED
The timer, all twelve stages, the safety gate, the electrolyte doses, the coach, the breathing, the articles — all of it free. Not a trial. No subscription, ever.

Aguante is for adults 18 and over. It does not treat, diagnose or prevent any condition, and it will tell you to eat before it will ever tell you to keep going.
The fasting tracker that tells you the truth. Every claim graded. No account.

What’s new

First release.

Twelve timeline stages, each with a visible confidence grade — including hour 14, where we tell you your ketones have not moved since hour 12.

A safety gate before your first fast that stops the app if fasting is not safe for you.

Electrolyte doses sized to your body, in teaspoons rather than milligrams.

Nothing here rewards a longer fast. No streaks, no records, no leaderboards.
