About this app

Any ride or run, live on the map

Aster makes every ride, run and event watchable live from the phone in your pocket, so the people who care follow you the whole way to the finish. Enter an event and the whole field goes live.

Build the club ride in minutes and one link gets everyone in, the whole group live on one map. Mark a spot that means something to your club, the town sign, the climb, the café, and afterwards the recap shows who got there first and by how much.

EVERYONE LIVE
Enter an event and the whole field goes live. Everyone in it, and you know exactly where you stand, from the phone in your pocket, no tracker to carry, nothing to hire.
• The whole field on one map: positions, gaps, the chase
• Know exactly where you stand as it changes
• Anyone watches on one link. No app, no sign-up
• Your phone lasts the whole way. No hardware to hire

CLUBS MADE EASY
Build the ride in minutes and one link gets the whole club in. The group rides live on one map, and the recap afterwards gives everyone their moment and a reason to line up for the next one.
• Build a ride in minutes: drop in a route and share it
• Know who's coming, and who's already rolling
• The whole group, live on one map
• Mark a Milestone on the route, and afterwards the recap shows who reached it first, and by how much

SHARE IT ALL
You're never out there on your own. Send one link, and the people who matter are with you through the long hours and there when you finish.
• They know where to be: roadside to cheer, or watching for the finish
• They see you cross the line, live, at the side of the course or watching your broadcast on their phone
• You get the story to send on: after the finish, the day becomes a share card of the route, the numbers and the moments, ready for the group chat and the feed

Aster - Go. Live.

What’s new

• If an organiser finishes or cancels an event while you're still out, Aster keeps recording your activity as a Just Ride, so nothing is lost.
• Draw a line to build a route: Trace follows the roads, and round trips start and finish at your pin.
• Pause, Share, I'm OK and Alert are now separate controls during an activity.
• An Alert sent with no signal keeps trying.
• Time trials and sportives tell you when to tap Start.
• Plus privacy, security and reliability fixes.
