BikeT USB Camera is an app service that allows you to record video by connecting a USB camera to your smartphone.

The video detection feature provides audio notifications when a bicycle or car is approaching from behind.

Currently, it connects a USB UVC camera to an Android device, allowing you to view and record video.

- Any USB camera can be connected and used without any restrictions.
(Your smartphone must support OTG for USB camera recognition.)

■■■ APP Terms of Use ■■■

Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Use govern all matters related to the use and provision of services provided by the "Application" (hereinafter referred to as the "APP") operated by Earthbox (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definitions of Terms) ① The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Use are as follows:
"Service" refers to the App service provided by the Company, accessible to "Users" via mobile devices.

"Users" refers to all service users who access the "APP" and receive the services provided by the "APP" in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Since the "APP" does not require separate membership registration or member information collection,

it refers to all users who use the services provided by the "APP."

"Mobile Device" refers to a device capable of downloading or installing content, including mobile phones, smartphones, PDAs, and tablets.

Article 3 (Company Obligations)

① The Company faithfully complies with the relevant laws and regulations and these Terms and Conditions in good faith, exercising its rights and fulfilling its obligations.
② The Company does not collect or store personal information (including credit information) to ensure users can safely use the Service.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

① Members must not engage in the following acts related to the use of the Services provided by the Company:
- Illegal use of another person's name or false information when applying for membership or changing membership information.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, promotion, or commercial use of information obtained through the Company's Services, or exploiting known or unknown bugs to use the Services.
- Infringement of the Company's or others' intellectual property rights or portrait rights, or defamation or damage to another person.
- Any other acts that violate relevant laws, regulations, public morals, or social norms.
② Users must comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and relevant laws and regulations.

Article 5 (Service Use)
① The "APP" provides the following services to users.

When using the services provided by the company through the "APP," users can connect their mobile phone to a USB camera and record video to save on their mobile phone in case of an accident, etc.

② The company provides the service free of charge to users without any restrictions, such as membership information.

In the event of an unavoidable service interruption, the service may be suspended without prior notice as advance notice cannot be given.
③ The company is not responsible for any interruption in the use of any service provided free of charge.
- The company is not responsible for any inability to use all or part of the content due to changes in the user's mobile device, mobile device number, operating system (OS) version, etc.
