OK so after a couple more transactions since my last review... I've decided to not even use this app at ALL. I'll give them a -10 if it were possible. Stay clear... Just find a good crypto vendor near you with an office and always walk in to do your business. Use this app at your own risk and you'll lose money... No transparency in their numbers. Stay clear and find a good vendor. I'd have typed the whole experience except this review box allows you to write a few...Y'all play it safe!

I have been stucked on ID verification for two days now, I keep on uploading and using the camera to complete my registration, all proved abortive, i have done it severally and I keep getting error feedback of incomplete status. I dont really know what is going on, the customer service isnt helpful either.

My experience with bit afrika has been utterly HORRIBLE! I've had the displeasure of being on their platform for a little over a year now and its been nothing but HARDSHIP. Slow processing time and horrible customer service. They expect YOU to do their job for them or else your funds are held hostage. THEY NEVER TELL YOU OF SYSTEM UPDATES OR CRASHES TO THIER SYSTEM..instead you figure it out only AFTER you money has entered their platform. HONESTLY BITAFRIKA IS A SCAM LIKELY PLATFORM STAY AWAY!
