I wanted to give you 5 but I'm giving you 2 stars because your photo verification capturing is too difficult. I've passed all the verification process except the photo. I've done all what it ask but it isn't able to verify. I think I better use my Binance. As a Ghanaian I wanted to use my own country wallet but it's difficult using.

I feel the charges are too high.. even for smaller amounts.. I loaded 80.00 cedis worth of bitcoin unto the app.. soo that's 6.06 usd... it showed 5.98 on the dashboard, secondly I sent the remaining balance to a wallet address and I was charged 1.31 usd.. soo out of 6.06 usd I was able to send only 4.67 usd.. some goes to the blockchain and some paid to bitafrica I guess.. but on the real if you can charge this much on small amounts how much more big ones..

Hi, We do not determine the network(blockchain) fees. Also we use the highest (priority) fee on the blockchain so users transactions are settled (confirmed) faster. Most blockchain fees are in a fixed range so whatever fee you pay for sending $4 can be the same fee for sending $200. These factors are determined by the blockchain, not BitAfrika.
