About this app

BookClock gives your business a booking page where clients pick a service and a free time, day or night, without calling you. Every booking lands in your calendar, and your phone lets you know.

Made for hair salons, barbers, nail and beauty studios, personal trainers, tutors, consultants and anyone who works by appointment.

YOUR BOOKING PAGE
• One link to share on Instagram, WhatsApp, your Google profile or your website
• Your services, with their length and price
• Clients only see the times you are really free, cut to the length of the service they pick
• Clients book with an account, or as guests with just a name and an email if you allow it
• A booking widget for your own website

YOUR AGENDA
• Day and week calendar, plus a list of today's, upcoming, past and cancelled bookings
• Add walk-ins and bookings taken over the phone
• Move a booking to another time, mark it done or cancel it
• Notifications on your phone for new and moved bookings
• Subscribe to your agenda from Google Calendar or Apple Calendar

YOUR HOURS, YOUR RULES
• Weekly hours with more than one range a day, such as a morning and an afternoon
• Days off and holidays that close your page for those dates
• Appointment length, a break between appointments and a minimum notice
• How many times a client may move a booking, and until when they may cancel

FEWER NO-SHOWS
• Email reminders the day before
• Ask for a deposit: clients see your transfer details and upload the receipt, and you approve it
• A waitlist that offers a freed-up time to the next person in line
