Decknote: Kanban + Notes

DevCloud LLC

About this app

Decknote is a kanban board where every card is also a page.

Plan your work in lists and cards, then open any card and write in it like a document: headings, checklists, quotes and code blocks, with a "/" menu for all of them. The notes live right next to the work they describe.

Work together in real time
• Share a board and see every change as it happens, without refreshing
• Mention people with @, assign cards, comment and react
• Watch a card to hear about new comments
• Notifications on your phone when someone mentions or assigns you

Organize it your way
• Board, Table and Calendar views of the same cards
• Labels, start and due dates, checklists, custom fields and covers
• Filter by label, person, text or due date, and save the views you use most
• Link cards that block each other, and see what's blocked at a glance
• Simple automations: when a card lands in a list, move it, label it, assign it or set its due date

Stay on top of it
• My tasks gathers everything assigned to you, across all your boards, by due date
• A daily email with what's due, sent in your morning
• Archive cards and boards, and bring them back when you need them

Bring your work with you
• Import a board from Trello: lists, cards, labels, checklists and comments
• Share any board through a read-only public link
• Export everything you have as a single file
• Share text from any app into Decknote to turn it into a card

Your boards are the same on your phone and on the web.
