This app is and was very fun but I had problems with the step counting as I would walk a bunch some days and it wouldn't count anything, another thing I had a problem with was how many times the app shut down. I don't think the shutting down is something everyone experienced but recently it's been happening to much and I had to delete the app, I downloaded back. I'm not sure I can get my account back but I would love too as this is a great motivator to move around more. Thank you for listening!

Hi there, we're sorry about these problems. Did you have your phone in your pocket? Please can you check your phone settings to make sure the app is running and isn't going to sleep? I enjoy this game quite a bit. It encourages me to get up and walk more. The step counting isn't the most accurate, but it doesn't bother me too much. Instead of resetting the store and bank balances at the end of each season, I think it would be better to let users keep their store set up and progress. Instead, why not just track the earnings for each season and allow users to unlock new features such as new items, wallpapers and flooring, decor, additional floors, etc. Thanks for reading!

9/26 It won't even open anymore. 9/10 I enjoy the app & have been using it daily for several months... but it's been constantly crashing to the point that I haven't been able to access anything for nearly all of September, which is why I've rated it so low. It's also a massive bummer that I can't go back and edit my August store - that decision took a lot of the fun out of it. Really hoping the crashing can be sorted out & that editing old plots will be added as a feature.
